Our primary objective is to leverage existing Building Automation Systems (BAS) and components to

monitor, analyze, and drive improvements to overall building performance by optimizing HVAC and

building system operation through fixed-price annual agreements. Building performance will be

monitored and reported using power consumption data obtained through sub meters tied into the BAS,

providing clients a clear gauge to measure success.
